Most residential properties take 1–2 hours on-site; larger developments or land with drone coverage may take half a day.
What's the turnaround time?
Photos and video are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery available on request.
Does the property need to be vacant or staged?
Not necessarily — we can shoot occupied properties and offer light styling guidance beforehand.
Do you travel outside Puerto Vallarta?
Yes, we cover Puerto Vallarta and all of Bahía de Banderas, including Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerías and any part of Mexico for now.
What do I receive after the shoot?
High-resolution edited photos, web/social-optimized video, and a 3D tour link if included in your package.
How much notice do you need to book?
We recommend 1–2 weeks, though shorter notice can often be accommodated depending on the season.
Will the shoot disrupt operations or guests?
No — we work around your hours and can shoot common areas early morning or during low-occupancy windows.
What's the turnaround time?
Final photos and video are typically delivered within 5 business days.
Are photos optimized for specific platforms?
Yes — formatted and exported for Booking.com, Expedia, your website, and Instagram/TikTok.
Do you offer recurring or seasonal updates?
